I did not consent to authorize the sharing of my non-public information. The reporting of this information is not fair or equitable to me as a consumer. I am reporting identity theft and fraudulent activity involving three collection accounts on my credit report that I do not recognize and did not authorize. I did not apply for, open, or consent to any transaction related to these accounts. My non-public personal information was used without my permission.
The reporting of these accounts and related inquiries was done without a valid permissible purpose, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S.C. §1681b. I was not provided any disclosure or opportunity to opt out.
Under FCRA §605B, I request the immediate blocking and permanent removal of these fraudulent accounts, along with all associated inquiries. I also demand that all collection activity cease pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
DATA BREACH
I have been a victim of a data breach, which has led to the unauthorized inclusion of certain accounts on my credit report. As a result, I formally request the immediate blocking and deletion of all affected accounts pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2(a). The Disputed accounts are as follows: Bank Of America # XXXX, Bank Of America #XXXX, Bank Of America #XXXX. These accounts must be immediately removed from my credit report. I urge you to block these accounts or delete my consumer report as required by law
I am a confirmed victim of a data breach, which has resulted in the unauthorized appearance of information on my credit file. Pursuant to my rights under 15 U.S.C. §1681c-2(a), I am formally requesting the immediate blocking and permanent removal of every item on my report that originated from this incident.
