DEMANDA DE EXPERIAN:

Experian has failed to fulfill its legal obligation under the Fair Credit R Act (FCRA) to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information credit report, leaving inaccurate or unverifiable accounts unresolved. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has recently filed a lawsuit against Experian, alleging systemic issues such as failing to forward consumer-provided evidence to furnishers, accepting unreliable responses, and failing to adequately notify consumers of dispute outcomes. These failures align with my experience, where Experian has neither corrected nor removed disputed items despite the evidence I provided, causing ongoing harm to my credit standing. I am requesting immediate corrective action to remove or amend the disputed accounts, as Experian's inaction violates federal law and my rights as a consumer.

EQUIFAX

Equifax has failed to meet its legal obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by not conducting a proper and reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information on my credit report. As a result, inaccurate and unverifiable accounts continue to be reported.

Recent enforcement actions and findings by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau have exposed systemic deficiencies within credit reporting agencies, including Equifax. These include failure to meaningfully investigate disputes, reliance on automated verification systems, and failure to consider consumer-submitted documentation.

This directly reflects my experience. Despite submitting evidence, Equifax has failed to correct or delete the disputed information. This is a violation of my rights under FCRA §611 and §1681e(b), which require a thorough investigation and maximum possible accuracy.

This negligence has caused ongoing harm to my creditworthiness.

I am requesting immediate action to:

  • Delete or correct all disputed and unverifiable accounts
  • Provide the method of verification used in your investigation
  • Ensure full compliance with federal consumer protection laws

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue escalation through regulatory complaints and legal remedies.

TRANSUNION

TransUnion has failed to fulfill its legal obligation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information on my credit report. This failure has resulted in inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable accounts remaining on my file.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has taken enforcement actions against credit reporting agencies, including TransUnion, for systemic failures such as relying on automated processes, failing to properly review consumer-submitted evidence, and accepting unverifiable responses from furnishers without conducting an independent investigation.

These failures mirror my experience. Despite providing supporting documentation, TransUnion has neither corrected nor removed the disputed items. This constitutes a violation of my rights under the FCRA, specifically under §611 (reinvestigation requirements) and §1681e(b) (maximum possible accuracy).

As a result of this noncompliance, my credit profile continues to be negatively affected.

I am formally requesting immediate corrective action to:

  • Remove all inaccurate or unverifiable accounts
  • Provide a detailed description of the method of verification used
  • Ensure full compliance with federal law moving forward

Failure to comply will result in further escalation, including formal complaints and potential legal action.
